I just flew back home from ORL to DFW on a total of 7 hours being on a plane. I stopped at the Jimmy John's and Jamba juice. I asked for no mayo on my sandwich. Since I was in a wheelchair and boarding was soon to begin I didn't open up to check my sandwich, When I got to my seat on the plane I thought I'd be having my first meal of the day, nope. Mayo all over my sandwich. I DO NOT EAT MAYO whatsoever, allergies! I want my money back!

Jimmy Jones at DFW terminal E is the worst location to eat. The same employee who is preparing your meal is also controlling the cash register .. The workers are over-work and display unprofessionalism with speech and behavior while preparing your meal. I can only imagine what's happening behind closed door when meal prep. During my observation while waiting in line for at least 10 min I just walk away.

Worst Jimmy Johns location I have been to. Employees didnt know their own menu or make the sandwich even close to right. Asked for extra hot peppers, and as Im counting them right now Im seeing only 5 across a whole giant. They didnt even bother putting the pickles or oregano I asked for. Honestly wouldnt surprise me if the owner tells their employees to skimp customers on the freebies knowing they are on the move and unlikely to come back to complain. Secondly it was filthy, and the fountain drinks were super watery. I hope this store gets shut down because its a disgrace to the brand.

I love jimmy johns usually, didnt even get to eat here because the employees audibly said that they were hiding to avoid customers so I would not suggest this location.

Be careful if you get the tail slender guy with the multi colored hair. I will leave the ethnicity and orientation out of it. First, his disposition and attitude were horrible during ordering, but after was unacceptable. They were calling out the orders as there were about 5 people waiting on their food. They called out each one by what the person ordered as an Italian no tomato, etc. This individual called out my order just Saud Giant. Nobody moved, so he proceeded to say Giant Spicey East Coast. That was mine. I asked without mayo, correct? He stated, "You want me to call out all that?" I said yes, and he said it has extra mayo on it just for you. I would've said more, but I just said I won't be back. Piss poor customer service. I asked because I have ordered no mayo every time and every time I get mayo. So I ask. I will address it with the corporate. If you don't want to be working, then don't.
