A total gem! The staff are so knowledgeable and helped craft an incredible experience. The chef has crafted an unforgettable and delicious that surprised and delighted me. Highly recommend, you can't miss this place. Dietary restrictions: So attuned to dietary restrictions, really thoughtful!

Calling all foodies, RUN, don't walk, run here! WOW. This dining experience left us absolutely blown away. I'll be thinking about this meal for a long time. First, the staff is excellent and knowledgeable. Our server Kalvin was awesome and make excellent recommendations. We truly appreciate him. The cocktails and wine were on point! Excellent and balanced. (Not sure why some people are saying it's byob, maybe those comments are old. They have a full bar and great drinks). The restaurant is small and the atmosphere is comfortable and not pretentious, but beautiful. Alright let's talk about the food. THE FOOD!!!! Where do I even begin with this? Everything we had blew our minds. The way the head chef was able to creatively balance these eclectic ingredients while using unusual (and sometimes discarded) parts of the animal truly speaks to her passion for food. I am so deeply impressed. We ordered the meatballs, the pig tails (must order, dont skip), the Sourdough cavatelli, and the ricotta carciofi. Each dish was so special. Overall, this place has given me a culinary experience that I won't soon forget. I would give them a 10/5 if I could.

The cocktails were great, food was plated beautifully. Service was good, but deciphering the menu was difficult even with help from our server Josh. I personally dont like forcemeat (or any spreadable meat, which was 4/6 of the items), but barring the texture, I didnt enjoy the flavors of the charcuterie either; highlights were the chicken liver mousse (permanent in the rotating selection), low point was the Chinese sausage, which I found had a flavor akin to Djarum Blacks. Bold tastes, but unbalanced with the other items on the plate; it was too much. The focaccia was also strange; it didnt have the right texture or flavor in my opinion; too light, lacking a distinct olive note, and toasted to a crisp. We got the oyster mushrooms, which had a much more balanced flavor. Due to aforementioned menu confusion, they couldnt be enjoyed with the charcuterie. Flavor was good, but the mixed temperatures of this plate were reminiscent of a half-reheated freezer meal, just not enjoyable. I was nauseous at the end of dinner. Expecting dessert would be a similar experience, we decided to leave. Neither of us would come back. Overall, its a good concept, adventurous, but my assessment is its inaccessible to anyone not steeped in fine dining culture. Plenty love it, but its not for everyone.
