waited an hour and 15 minutes for our bairdi crab order staring at each other over a long left dirty appetizer plate. The crab finally came smothered in some kind of cajun sauce . After our complaint, it was taken to the kitchen , rinsed off and presented to us with a charming red tint again and a unique taste. Draw your own conclusion from our experience.
