Giving 5 stars to this airport restaurant for their A+ customer service. I had a great experience here waiting for my next flight. I got my food quick, the turkey was not dry like it is at most BBQ places, and the best part was the seating that was tucked away from all the airport chaos. A couple of their staff came out to make sure everyone was happy with their food. I honestly didn't like their baked beans and they gladly offered me a different side at no charge.

What you can get for airport BBQ. Tolerable not great. Edit for recent trip quality has gone down. Brisket was bland, no smoke ring, slightly overcooked, tried the potato salad this time. Terrible, like it was made with honey mustard, gross after taste. Beans taste like a can of ranch style beans with brisket pieces tossed in. Fries are good. Way overpriced for the food, After this trip Cousins has moved up the list above them for airport BBQ.

The very best place to eat in DFW. Excellent BBQ chain that has great food. Samir at the front is a very fun and exciting person to talk with. He'll always make sure that you hear about all things BBQ. Pickle spears, cookies, mac and cheese etc... So much fun talking him. Not only that, the food is out of this world. I travel often for a living and it isn't very often that you find a place that has great food, competitive prices, speed and friendly staff. This has it all. Don't miss the salt lick and if you get a chance be sure to talk with Samir!
