Ingrid giving a one star with no comments doesn’t help anyone - especially when all day we have been getting 5 stars.

Alan, My dad would tellme- when looking at food costs- comment not on why some foods are expensive but why some foods are so cheap? its not all the same… as you know- so why are we expensive- we are small- we handcraft each piece of meat and it all begins we us focusing on sustaining high quality meat and meals by supporting farming and ranching families- thats who raises our meats. We know everyone one our customers (yes our farmers are our first customers) so we learn about their operations, their values and work ethics and we interact and know all of them because they bring us their live animals to process, and our son Austin, manages that entire process with my USDA butchers who handcraft each animal into perfect cuts which are fresh and then when we personally deliver it to our American Butchers Shop at Dallas Farmers Market. Our meats have never been frozen- that means time is of the essence so we directly deliver. Between the Farmer and your Plate is only our team. we are not an assembly line that reduces jobs to save money. We are intentionally not a big operation, we believe bigger is not better when it comes to food. Everyone of our members takes great pride in working within the business model and many can not literally cut it- we have high standards and its reflected in the amazing taste. We also take time as the owners to read and respond to every comment- why because you matter and we value your comments because you’re part of our team. We take great pride in our quality meats raised by Farming families, handcrafted by our own butchers Austin, Stuart, Elijah, Robert, Trent snd Nevaeh and prepared fresh by Cal and David and cooked just the way you love it by Chef Rafael and served with a smile by Ian!
