        Gemma is has become my second home. Ive been familiar with the concept but until the past 6 months I have been coming in every week. If you really want a true experience you sit with Brent who will walk you through how you need to experience this place. And if you sit at a table youre still in good hands. Every week I come here I keep getting blown away by Chef Sophias approach on the menu. Really miss the Sakura pork chop though. The hospitality aspect is impeccable, being in the hospitality industry myself and for different places Ive worked with, Gemma is leading quietly like a beast and beating everyone at the hospitality game. If you want have an experience and create a memory or woo your date, this is the place. Nothing you order on the menu is ordinary, it defines perfection.
