        We expected the 70 min wait to get our food as it was a Sunday afternoon and the line was out the door. The experience was pretty cool cause it's so popular. BUT they were sold out of almost everything and when we did it out bbq it cold & the brisket was so fatty it was edible at several spots. The coleslaw was bitter and little flavor. Only 2 types of sauce and it's needed for the turkey which was rubbery. We had to share a picnic table outside with strangers. Overall I just think it very hyped and they've lost their focus on the food and more commercialized.
