        I've worked in the restaurant industry for a couple of years. The workers here do a stupendous job. Food is fantastic, speedy, and energetic. In, addition, I want to give a shoutout to the server, Victor, who always greets me with a smile and remembers my name.

        "Ground meat should always be cooked to a safe minimum internal temperature. Cook ground beef, pork, veal, and lamb to 160 F. " (USDA 2023) They definitely don't follow this rule at Hopdoddy. Everything about this restaurant is good except for one thing: they overcharge for an undercooked hamburger, which according to the USDA, is unsafe to eat.
