Paradigm Roofing

Used them in the past, seemed very professional. When my parents used them everything seemed to go ok. They came out for a leaking roof on my parents roof did a patch job and left. When the roof still leaked they did a little bit more poking around and said if it leaks again they will need to really dig into it. Well it leaked again and could not get them on the phone at all. Called and called, and the times we did get in and get an appointment set they would not show up and the roof kept getting worse. Finely had to call a new person to come out, and they investigated and found issues that they missed. Also all the repairs they did was incorrect and done with clear silicone caulk. This is not a good repair method and was leading to some of the issues of water still getting in. My parents have spoken with the owner and left messages for the owner, that has lead to 0 call backs. I can tell hes really concerned about it all. So basically they got 200 bucks to throw 3 bucks of standard bathroom caulk on a roof and make things worse. Maybe they put on a good new roof and use all the correct materials then. I sold my house so I cant tell you if they did a good job on my repair or not. But I would never use these people again. The employees do not seem to care.

I couldn't be happier with the job they did. Everything was awesome. Tony from Paradigm Roofing is probably the smartest roofing guy I've men in my life. He knew everything about how to put in a top-notch system. I had him put in an environmentally conscious roofing system and I really hope it will save me money on my electrical bill. Everything looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the job they did.
