MMD Services is a woman-owned, multi-faceted provider of services pertaining to fine art, design, fabrication, lighting, electrical, and more. We work with an exceedingly broad range of clients including private & public corporations, galleries, museums, institutions, restaurants, hotels, and art collectors.

WE'RE FULL OF BIG IDEAS

We used to tell people we specialize in fine art services—and that’s true. But that’s not the whole of it. We do a lot of things—like design and fabricate exhibits of all sizes, provide lighting design and fabrication, and offer electrical contracting services. It’s all part of the bigger picture. That’s MMD Services.

With over 70 years of combined experience, we’ve got a lot of design thinking and creative problem-solving to look back on. But we’re really focused on what’s ahead. It all starts with vision.

We’re proud to devise creative solutions for museums, collectors, institutions, and individuals. We’re always finding new ways to deploy fascinating, beautiful answers to challenging questions. We love a good project, from the spontaneous to the long-awaited, the simple to the ambitious, and the minute to the colossal. 

We’ve integrated our areas of expertise in order to deliver comprehensive services that make for a seamless project from start to finish. We’re a one-stop shop, but lest you think we’re in and out, we’re not. We’re in it for the long-haul. Partner with us and see.

Monte Martin, FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

With a degree in fine art and two decades of experience in product design, lighting design, and fine art services, Monte has developed projects for museums, galleries, corporations and individual collectors. You can frequently find Monte in the studio, but when he isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, and pursuing his personal artistic endeavors.

Tamera Martin, CEO

Tamera was born in London but she’s called Texas home for the last 35 years. Having worked in business management and marketing across multiple industries including interior design, real estate, and luxury retail, Tamera applies that expertise every day at MMD Services. An art aficionado and avid traveler, she loves connecting with people and spending time with family.

What started as a vision for strictly design and fine art services has grown into a multi-faceted professional firm offering all that and more. Nearly 25 years later, it is still a pleasure to go to work every day, spending time in the company of other artists, incredible craftspeople, art afficionados, and of course—all that glorious art.
