My tux rental was OK but could've been much better. The fitting took multiple attempts, my tux had creases in it and the bow tie was missing. You have to return the tux the day after your event or you'll get a big late fee. There should be a couple day grace period. That isn't too much to ask after spending hundreds of $$$ on a mediocre tux. There are better options than Men's Warehouse, I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Adam, who is the assistant manager, greeted me as I walked into the store. He listened to my request and immediately provided excellent customer service throughout my visit. He knew exactly what I needed: made recommendations and processed the order without any difficulties. He was very professional and did a great job while demonstrating exemplary customer service; The Best.

Avoid this place like the plague. They don't know how to measure you so your suit will not fit right. We rented suits for a wedding, half the groomsmen clothes didn't fit right. We returned the suits within 36 hours of the event and we're still charged a late fee. Unreal.

If you're inconveniencing them, they will inconvenience you. I caught a great sale here for $190 on a charcoal suit for a wedding my initial impressions were good 2 days prior to this visit. The gentleman with the afro helped me from the moment I walked in till check out. Turns out my wife found me a suit that matches her dress. Needless to say I showed up to return my purchase. The gentleman told me that he doesn't have the money to pay me. He went on to say that they've only taken in $75 and that isn't enough to pay me and checked to see if I had my debit/credit card. I confirmed that I did and pulled it out. Then he calls over a lady. She came over.. like a.. Drill Sergeant and said that I can only have a check or store credit. Then walked away... The man then stated that if I looked at the computer I'd see that there was only those two options. Mind you, the lady came over said her peace and left with no interaction with the computer. So I asked him. Why did you offer me debit/credit? He stated while turning the computer that he only has two options. Disregarding my question. Long story short they didn't want to pay me. Luckily the manager came in and with the same minute of walking through the front door, he gave me my money. Telling his worker that we'll be fine. He opens the cash register and Wah Lah, 4 times the money I was supposed to receive. I didn't start arguing with them and it paid off but why were they attempting to make this hard in the first place. 1st time in Mens warehouse and last time.
