Warning!!! The staff and more importantly the doctors do not care about you and will potentially cause death! They almost killed my daughter had I not been smart enough to find a second opinion.

Ever since this office started using Privia, they have gone down hill!!!! The only reason why I gave them 2 stars is because I do get in and out quickly. But communication is horrible! its impossible to make appointments, the billing dept is a joke. I would recommend a different specialist than here.

Getting prescriptions filled from this place is an absolute nightmare. And staff is less than friendly. I never had this many issues when Dr. Steven Aronoff was there.

I went for a quarterly visit today with my doctor about my thyroid. After driving back to the office, the Doctor Folkhard did not even feel of my neck, lymph nodes or anything. Listened to my heart, felt my calves and asked some questions. The previous two doctors which I had would spend time with you and do a thorough exam.

While in the waiting room, two separate women were complaining about billing issues. Which I can imagine as my out of pocket cost (with insurance) was $279, just to be seen. They have a couple of signs that appointment fee does not include additional testing so I kept that in mind (see below)I then waited an hour after my appointment time to be seen. I understand that this isnt uncommon as doctors have many patients and need breaks however when the dr finally came in he said it was due to another patient arriving early. Fine, my thought is he must spend time with each patient. About 15 min later he is standing up trying to cut me off and walk out. He asked zero questions about any symptoms and wanted to just rush me into getting testing done. I asked how much the testing would cost (we were running a lot of different tests) and no one had an answer. Instead I was questioned if I was just going to go to another dr by the person who checks you out or to do less testing if I was concerned on cost by the dr. My concern is my health. I would have paid a reasonable amount, I simply didnt want to be blindsided with a crazy cost like $500 or something. Overall, if you cannot even pretend to be concerned or ask questions about/listen to my issues, I have little faith you will truly try and help aid me.
