I really appreciate the professionalism and quality of work Sierra Lawn Service has provided to me. My yard looks AMAZING when Gerardo gets done with it!! I am very appreciative of his work!!

Gerardo was supposed to be at my house yesterday but texted hours later saying he would come today. He quoted me and my husband one price for our very small yard and all our bushes then tried to up charge later. He left trash bags in our front yard. He didnt mow the yard he just used a weed eater. The bushes in front are all uneven. He didnt even touch the ones in the back. He tried to tell my husband that he told me that not knowing he was on speakerphone. I spoke up and told him he was lying and repeated our conversation from this morning to him. He hung up in my face. I definitely do not recommend. Customer service is horrible. Lawn service is even worse. Look at how uneven the front bushes are, how he didnt even touch the back, the patches of grass left outside the gate, and the trash bags in the front yard. Will he be paying the fine for trash bags on the lawn? Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance
