Chad and his team are amazing! My previously unusable backyard has been completely transformed into a space that will be great for my kids & dog to run around and play. The process was very quick & easy. His crew was meticulous in their work and clean up of all debris and supplies. Chad came to check on the project multiple times to insure that everything was done well & that I was satisfied with the outcome. I cannot recommend Synthetic Grass DFW enough! Thank you guys, for a stress free experience.

Synthetic Grass DFW did an outstanding job designing and building my backyard putting green. Communication was easy and the crew was prompt, clean and did great work. The project had to be modified a bit midway based on my yard slope and the team made the changes easily and delivered a great product! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for turf/putting greens.

Horrible experience. Weeks after the installation installation, grass came up all around the perimeter and throughout the center of the turf as well. I reached out and was told it was normal and that the I needed to spray regularly with chemicals to avoid grass coming through. I know many people with artificial grass who have never had this problem. I believe this is poor product and extremely poor customer service. ***** Updated August 2024 Thank you for responding. While I understand you do not advertise your product as maintenance or weed free, I think you missed my point in that there was 0 communication that such rigorous maintenance would be required after installation. I wanted to wait and respond after wed had weeks of no rain to see if that was really the issue, but it appears the issue has grown even worse without rain. I understand you state that seeds can travel via wind, but I have contacted several friends in the area who have used other companies for installation and no one has had this issue. Additionally, I have treated the turf with the product suggested by you and it made little to no difference. I will admit that you finally reached out and attempted to help after I posted the review online, but that was only because you wanted me to take the review down in exchange. And when I did ask what assistance you would give, you referred me to a company who would put me on a regular maintenance schedule, for a fee, but when I reached out even they said they had no idea how to fix the problem. Ive included photos showing the continued issue for anyone else considering this product.
