I was driving behind one of MPH's trucks and a rock hit my windshield. Mr. Pizana refused to take responsibility. I'd be reluctant to do business with someone like that.

We strongly advise CAUTION when considering MOISES PIZANA HARDSCAPES for any projects, as his behavior and work ethic fall short of acceptable standards.We engaged MOISES to build a retaining wall at our property, with a signed contract and an advance payment of half the total amount. Initially, MOISES requested the remaining advance payment the day after signing the contract, which we promptly sent. Despite assurances, MOISES failed to uphold his commitmentsMOISES consistently ignored calls, rarely responded to messages, and failed to fulfill his contractual obligations. His unprofessional conduct and inability to manage commitments have severely inconvenienced us, leading us to conclude that his services are unreliable and unsatisfactory.When we needed clarification on the wall height for city permit purposes, he promised to visit within a week but he showed up after a month of continuous follow ups attributing delays to weather conditions. Multiple attempts to contact him were futile, reflecting his lack of accountability and reliability.However, subsequent promises to start the work were repeatedly broken. It took over two months from signing the contract for him to admit he was behind schedule and unable to proceed, demonstrating a complete disregard for timelines and customer communication.

I do not recommend anyone to go to him. he made a supporting wall for me and leveled the back yard. instead of earth he poured red clay with stones, and instead of 8 inches he poured 2. in the front yard they buried the remains of construction debris with concrete blocks. . when I started planting trees, I simply could not stick a shovel. at every step were the remains of the concrete blocks from which they built the wall. after the work was completed, they left their garbage in the front yard, did not take anything out. they pushed the entire level on the side of the house with a loader and carts and did not fix anything. never contact them, and if you do, check each task and force them to redo it.

Excellent and professional. They have amazing team work and his crew his very respectful. The work was done beautifully and done quickly. I adore the work that was done at my home
