I was recommended this store by Claires in the Galleria because they do ear piercings and Claires was too busy and understaffed. I had never heard of it before but thought to give it a shot. I walked in around 30 mins before closing time and there were several other people in the store so I asked the cashier if they were too busy to do piercings and she was so polite and helpful. Paige with the pink hair was customer oriented, friendly, helpful, and didnt make us feel rushed as the store was beginning to close. We spent over 30 mins laughing while getting pierced and I will be going back here for all further piercings!!

Paige with pink hair is amazing! My friend and I originally went to Clare's to get our ears pierced, but were turned away because we came in so close to closing time. We went to Lovisa to try our luck there and we are so glad we did. Paige (with pink hair) was so kind and made the whole experience so much more fun. She stayed open late to help us out, and was so patient and really took the time and talked to us to make sure my friend and I were happy with our piercing placement before she pierced our ears. In my opinion Lovisa has a better selection and prices compared to Clare's, and wayyy better costumer service
