A HUGE S/O to Vicky and Kat! Vicky helped me pick out the PERFECT upgrade ring for my wife! While I was going through the options, one of my daughters said "dad, I'm hungry" she asked them "chocolate or glaze?" She then went into the back and brought back some of the best donuts we have ever tasted! I ended up leaving out with a gorgeous 18K gold and diamond ring with a pair of hoop earrings for my wife! (Remember that rings come in a standard size 7 so if the finger is bigger, allow up to two weeks to get it back in the right size to the store's location). I ended going back to get a silver necklace and silver stud earrings for my daughter who was visiting from home for the holidays and a pair of gold stud screw back earrings for my son! (Be sure to ask for VICKY and also the PROGRESSIVE LEASING program) thank me later -Baptiste

I visited this location after Christmas for a simple 1 diamond ring repair. It took 4 weeks to complete. Upon arrival to collect my ring on Saturday 1/27 at 10:45am, the associate struggled to take pictures of my ring (a required process before returning the ring to the customer). She spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how to use the companys iPad and the attached magnifying attachment. Why wouldnt she ask for help? 2 other customers were waiting. After 10 more minutes of struggling to figure this out, she proceeded to another cabinet to identify a replacement attachment in hopes of finally taking the pictures. 7 -10 more minutes passed by and the associate still had not completed the process of taking pictures of the ring. POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! She fumbled with my ring, the iPad, the case, the ring tray and box and the 2 attachments. After being very patient , I proceeded to tell her I have to go and this has now impeded with my Saturday morning. An errand, that I would expect only takes 10-15 min max to simply sign, pay and collect my property took way too long and the associate showed no empathy nor apologized for the severe delay (with two other customers waiting). Only WHEN I told her that this was taking too long and I needed to simply go so please charge my card, she QUICKLY got offended and stated in verbatim, I could call security. Why would any associate want to call the mall security if the customer waited patiently for the associate to figure out how to use her company iPad and accessories? How was that even appropriate? I did not yell, threaten or assault her in any way behind the counter, but she still proceeded to threaten me with the mall security. Once I quickly responded to her threat by letting her know to call her manager to help her figure out how to use her companys property, she was rude and pretended to be afraid. I was disgusted by this behavior! This is my 2nd repair in 6 years - my last experience was at a different location and was smooth so thats why I kept my insurance with Kay and returned to the brand for my repair. This location is unorganized and the associate was embarrassed by her incompetence. I would have given her more grace if she simply acknowledged that she was having a problem and apologized for the delay. I can completely understand that. Another associate jumped in and cashed me out, took the iPad from the woman and took the photos within FIVE minutes. Please train your associates on how to work the Kay Jeweler gadgets, computers and equipment. This was a poor customer experience and displayed pure racism. No one should be quick to call mall security when they are struggling to do their job.
