Park Cities Agency, Inc.: Allstate Insurance

I was shocked by the amount our policy increased during this last renewal (more than $150/mo). I called the agency that I have been a customer of for more than a decade and spoke to Abel and told him my concerns. I was really expecting to be met with well let me make sure you are getting all the correct discounts and make sure you dont have any unnecessary coverage. Nope. Just yea, prices went up. I was a little speechless, I asked is there anything that we can do? If not Ill be forced to shop insurance. He said no theres nothing they could do and basically told me to go ahead and shop it. He also added a just let us know if you want to cancel at the end of our conversation. I immediately called progressive and got the same coverage for a THIRD of the cost! I called Allstate back 30 minutes later and canceled my policy. I just cannot believe the blatant disregard for a long time customer. I guess they dont mind loosing clients.

Its a no for me.. me and my boyfriend went to get auto insurance and to add something to his renters. For whatever reason they didnt believe anything my boyfriend said. I have no clue as to why. And was super hesitant to to sign us up for a policy. It just got to the point we walked out and my boyfriend took his business elsewhere. As should. Im not quick to talk about the race card but there was no other reason this should happen.. as a former allstate employee I will be reporting this to the appropriate ppl.

Great customer service. I've been with Allstate for about 5 years and as a young driver I really appreciate having people help me out when needed.
