Total waste of time, READ REVIEWS. 48 years old, good health, looking only for a 5 year term. Was denied due to having a record of a 'screening'. No issues found, no further action was taken or needed. You would think that's a positive but apparently their algorithm disagrees.

I dont recommend this company to anyone. I clearly do not smoke and there was honestly a mistake made on my medical records, but they sent me a letter last second letting me know theyre getting rid of me and not giving me enough time to even figure out who made the mistake so I could fix it. Im sure if they looked at my medical records better they would see where I had told the doctors many times that I am not a smoker and that I am a ex-smoker and on their website, it said that if I havent smoked in the past 12 months that I am OK to get non-smoking insurance, I believe that they really wanted to help their customers they would give them more time to figure out how to resolve an issue like this.

Denied my request for insurance based on history of cancer even though It was a low grade and removed in its entirety with NO CHEMO Next time instead of collecting my SSN and then distributing that info to whoever, you should have been honest and stopped the application process right there. Would not recommend

Filled out application over 12 days ago. Received a text and email confirmation saying I will receive an answer within 1-2 business days. Over 12 days later no answer. Sent email and no response. Real professional. Yes or know potential clients deserve an answer.
