        I had to choose a star, but I wouldve chosen 0 stars. Ill start with their customer service: they are EXTREMELY rude and when you ask them a question they respond by reading the terms and conditions and they really never answer what you ask, they simply say well, it says here that... Their quotes are rocket high and they dont cover ANYTHING!! No PCP, no specialties, no emergencies and they sell the option of upgrading, which will only make it more expensive but it wont cover anything extra! Its is a discount membership, put in simpler words, but GoodRX will offer better discounts in medicine and every clinic has a payment plan and a discount membership. DO NOT waste your money or time with this company, it is THE WORST!!

      You have rated the wrong company we do not deal with doctors, doctor visits and absolutely no one pays for services that cost over $200 dollars a month. We work with preneed funeral plans that allows a person to purchase their funeral in advance so their family won’t have to. Sadly you have rated the wrong company.

      Unfortunately, you have definitely reviewed the wrong Freedom Life company. There is more than one. We focus on Pre-need funeral plans and work directly with funeral homes. We don’t do traditional insurance, we don’t work with doctors, premiums are not paid to us directly. We are 100% sure you have reviewed the wrong Freedom Life Company. We are Freedom Life Financial Group. Unless you have recently had a death of a family member or friend or you are dealing with a local Funeral Hóme, we are not the company you are referencing. We hope you’re able to actually review the company you’re speaking of. Sincere regards.
