They called me in the morning on a Saturday while I was still asleep to talk policy change it going up $70. I said hold off and wanted to shop around... so these douche bags totally charged my card for a new policy when I gave them no permission. I will be filing a police report in the morning if my money is not returned. This jacks up my rent, insurance, etc... cause they want to just do whatever without permission. And nobody is around after 6pm to help anyway... so if youre in an accident you'll have to wait next day when everyone is awake. better not be a holiday!

I got a call on June 30th stating that it was time for me to renew my policy Monday July the 3rd I get home my wife told me they sent the message saying thanks for your payment after I told them on June 30th that I would have to wait until I got paid they went ahead and took $285 off of my card I end up canceling my card they told me why did you cancel your card we was trying to put your money back on so now we're going to have to cut you a check this is on July 3rd here it is July the 21st I still haven't received my check I called them today asking why is it taking so long for me to receive my check they told me they just put it in the mail on the 17th they waited 2 weeks to put my check in the mail I don't suggest anyone get insurance from this so called insurance company totally unprofessional
