Their service was fast and friendly, answered questions I had, knowledgeable, and is an insurance company I would highly recommend to others.

Do not shop with Marco Franco he is not a good insurance agent or a man of his word. I had to have my policy canceled by the 17th to avoid being charged another monthly cycle as I was switching inures, well I reminded him 1 week prior, reminded him again 1 days prior (the 16th) and it never got done and was Charged the +$550 over his mistake even after being reminded twice. When I confront him he tells me he did cancel it the 16th but when I called farmers directly on the 18th after being billed they stated he never canceled my policy and was still active as we speak. Shop around go elsewhere l, I can guarantee you will save hundreds of headaches. I loved farmers but after 10 years of them being my insurers I had to drop them do to Marco Franco.
