**Yo, before I even begin this review I would like to say this** Whomever the young lady was who contacted me, just doing her job, ie Outbound Call Center/Sales...smh. I hope she got a commission. Since mid-March I've been taking care of my mother who is terminally ill and I can't leave her unattended so I can't get much accomplished during business hours. That young lady was right on time! How? Well, for starters.. I was sitting in my truck when she called so I was able to give her my vin number to get things moving quickly. - 1. She texted me a link to sign up. - 2. She emailed my agreement to sign. - 3. She sent me a copy of my insurance to have on my person immediately! She was patient, calm and she went the EXTRA MILE for me. She was a total "SweetFessional"... (New Word ALERT!) Now,... Last year around June I was driving and looking for a month to month insurance policy. Luckily for me due to horrible customer service by a competitor across the street (hint hint), I went across the street and I'm sooo friggin glad this "Chicken Crossed the f-n Road"! I got a 6 month policy for $600 bucks! AND after being a customer 6 months or more you get a nice discount I think if you get another one. Either way, I PERSONALLY love the price and I am NOW, STILL and will continue to be a customer. How about that?
