        Have been interacting with USI and have received insurance quotes for my business from them. Their pricing is decent however service received from account manager has been very slow and on almost all times delayed. I have to keep following up to seek updates and at times feel that they feel that are extending me a favor by providing an insurance quote. Due to urgency, I had to final take coverage from them however will reach out another insurance provider within a year once my business becomes stable. I suggest other business owners to evaluate other options before considering them.
