The service that I have received has not, repeat has not been good. For years I have just went along with ZERO service. I called and asked for a quote on a second car and no one returned my call. I went to a different company. I now have insurance with multiple companies. That was about 2 years ago. My issues have grown. On multiple occasions I have called and asked for a quote or for them to shop my insurance and I do not receive a call back.

If I could give a 0 star I would! Worst customer service Ive gotten in an agent. I was transferred to this agent since mine retired. Not once did they pick up the phone. He would always text message and at that would take forever for a response. What made me seriously upset was TEXTING to cancel my policy and to my surprise when the billing cycle came, never cancelled it! Good thing I had the messages and the customer service people actually did their job to cancel my policy and issue a refund from the date I requested. I understand many people work from home and we use technology much more but seriously, text messages for an insurance company.

Amazing service!! Really helpful. Luis Martnez helped me and he was really nice and understandable, he showed me they really care about customers!!

Michael knows his product and is upfront about pricing. After getting into an accident, he was quick to offer support and helped out with the claims process. Highly recommend.
