        I went today to get two bags of ice. The first bag I paid with 3 $1 bills. I got my ice just fine. Then I went in and put in 12 quarters snd nothing happened, so I called the number on the building. I didnt expect somebody to answer the phone, but they did after about two rings. I explained to the gentleman what had happened and he told me that it technician would be out there in just a few minutes but he would go ahead and send me a bag of ice which came out of the shoot. I was still on the phone and a gentleman walked over, and I asked him if he was getting some ice, and he said no Im the technician . The gentleman on the phone was right, when he said he would be there in a few minutes. I was very impressed by this. Ive been in the Customer Service field for years, and I know one thing that customer service is everything. The customer service I received today shouldve been a 10 star rating.
