I am very disappointed with this service currently we have been without ice already for a week

Would give zero stars if an option. Its been 5-6 weeks since I placed my ice order. I was told 2-3 weeks ago it would be there by Friday. I have called almost everyday. Reached a manager who gave me his direct line. He has never picked up since or replied to my voicemails. Even before this my ice orders were coming in 1-2 weeks late. This is unacceptable as a liquor store owner and This company is absolutely terrible right now and does not care about its customer service.

I contacted them and for 2 weeks been trying to get ice from them and didnt get it every time I call I have to do it all over again with getting my info and last thing they said we are doing to deliver to your location on Thursday and its been 5 days and no delivery

Alex and Eli save the day because of some mix up on the address sending everyone to the wrong place. I appreciate your professional explanation and thanks again for remembering me and filling us up.
