When I followed up with a call today to inquire about the sudden price increase after only two services, I was met with vague explanations centered around inflation and rising costs of cleaning supplies. When I pressed for clarification on why these factors weren't factored into the initial quote provided two months ago, they evaded the question entirely. Essentially, their response boiled down to accepting the new rate or seeking services elsewhere.I found it disconcerting that despite reaching an agreement on pricing just two months prior, they were unwilling to honor it. Their dismissive attitude towards our previous verbal agreement left me with no choice but to terminate our service.
