        Great location. Easy to get to the airport. The hotel itself needs some updates and paint. There's a strange smell. The rooms were big & comfortable.

        I prepaid for a booking, and when I arrived, they told me they were overbooked and I would have to get on a waiting list, never booking here again

        Hate it hate it HATE IT!!! Paid triple for one night here, than at Marriott night before. The difference between say and night. Spooky, here creeps everywhere, it smells weird the house keepers are lazy and THE ELEVATORS SUCK!! THEY TAKE FOREVER AND YOULL B UP AND DOWN THOSE I PROMISE

        Great hotel! Very up-to-date and well maintained compared to most locations in the aging IHG catalog. The pool was heated and the shower pressure was great. Only down side was that better views cost more.

      I apologize that you did not enjoy your stay. A large convention along with the eclipse kept rates high in the DFW area this week. We did have an elevator issue that was resolved by our elevator company on Saturday and yes due to the convention being in house we did have a lot of elevator usage during peak times.
