The elevator dropped from the 6th to the 4th floor then dropped again down to the baseman We got stuck over 20m in there we called the emergency bottom nobody answered I was shaken for a while thinking if my kid was there and no answer no help The elevator was out of order the morning of I see that as negligence and when you called the manager he doesnt care much about the situation Not a safe place to stay

I recently stayed at this hotel for my anniversary, and I must say it was a complete disappointment. Despite the beautiful entrance and smooth check-in process, the experience quickly turned sour. The incessant noise from unsupervised children running rampant throughout the hallways made it impossible to sleep or enjoy any peace and quiet. When I finally called the front desk for help, they promised to address the issue, but the noise only ceased briefly before starting up again. The lack of control over these unruly children ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing anniversary getaway. To make matters worse, the breakfast experience was equally disappointing. Children were handling food with their bare hands, contaminating items and putting them back for other guests to unknowingly consume. When I requested compensation or a gift card for another stay due to these issues, the staff were unhelpful and passed the buck to the manager. However, even after speaking with the manager, the problem persisted, and I was left feeling completely disregarded and disrespected as a guest. The unprofessionalism and lack of concern for guest satisfaction displayed by the staff, particularly in dealing with noise and hygiene concerns, were unacceptable. I expected much more from a brand like Marriott. Save yourself the headache and choose a different hotel for your next stay. I also need to note how unprofessional the manager was. She left me on hold twice for over 17 minutes!
