Hotel Crescent Court

Its hard to understand how this hotel can charge these extremely high prices and yet have so much lacking in its presentation and service. Housekeeping is a joke. Who knows if they will service the room or not. Any complaints to the front desk arent followed up on. The bar is an awkward location in the lobby with no discerning features or character. Management seems to be asleep or MIA. A request will take who knows how long. Valet really untrained. Yet employees standing around. Have no idea what management company runs this place but more professional at mid priced chains.

I absolutely love Cresent Court!! I work in the area and frequently utilize the restaurants and services offered there. However, be on the lookout for the valet, Ron. He tried to act like security and tell me where I could lock up my bicycle. From the research I've done, to my knowledge, Ron has no authority to make security department decisions. I almost stopped going to shops here, and then I learned better. So, I will continue to patronize these shops. I encourage others to do the same.
