Hyatt Regency Dallas

I was rushing one morning and believed to have left my engagement ring in the room! Frantic, John assured me he'd take me up to look for it with me. He looked just as hard as I did! It ended up being in my make up bag But he and his security team took a huge load off my shoulders! They were very Professional and helpful. Thanks again!!!

Stumbled upon this place by mistake, it's right next to the famous feature of downtown Dallas, the Reunion Tower. Didn't stay at the hotel but seems very centric

Not sure how you give this hotel a 4 starts. its located next to noisy train station with thin windows. The staff I talked to were argumentative. You dont even get bottled of waters for your coffee . They told me you welcome to come down and buy some or use the tap water in the bathroom. are you serious . I do not recommend it one bet. Any one say the room are beautiful apparently never been to a beautifully designed hotel. This hotel is a joke . I gave it 3 start because it was clean.
