Everything is wonderful. All the stuff is very clean and Management is the best Management I see.

I booked 4 rooms with them love the great customer service provided by Alberto he was kind and related to our issues since we had to get this rooms last minute he was very kind and address all our issues make sure we were ready and make sure our stay was pleasant. I will stay here again if they keep Alberto's great customer service. The rooms were clean and ready ..just one suggestion include extra breakfast amenities and the hotel will be great above the 3 stars.

Upon check in I was informed of the elevator not working. We were placed on the second floor, so one flight of steps with four suitcases wasn't that bad. After entering the room and doing checks, the bathroom had a roach crawl out from under the door. I took a photo of it and we all grabbed our belongings and hustled down stairs. The man tried to switch me rooms. I said no, we will be leaving. I was able to get a refund into my bank account twi days later. As we were leaving there was a nice dressed man talking on the phone right outside the door. He was talking about ordering a woman for the hour! After hearing that and getting fat away, I did more research and learned this is a "lady of the night" hotel! Yikes!! Noteworthy details: Roaches!

Hotels are in the HOSPITALITY business and this hotel Comfort Suites NW Dallas has None of that. Hotel website advertises FREE SELF PARKING. No indication on the Website At All that you are required a PIN for Self Park and if PIN is not used Your Vehicle will be towed from OFF their LOT while you are in your room. The Contract Comfort Suites NW Dallas has with Mesquite Towing SHOULD Require the driver to check with Front Desk prior to hooking up a vehicle for tow. A PAYING GUEST SHOULD NOT BE TOWED. The Front Desk night rep and Day Manager V. (Spelling) both asked for room number and when I gave it they told me the Type of Vehicle SO THEY KNOW which car guests drive. Tow company SHOULD step in or calls asks if thats a paying guest and skips it 3 mins to save a guest a HEADACHE, MONEY, INCONVENIENCE, and an UBER to a Tow Yard where they give ATTITUDE, RUDENESS and DISRESPECT- Mesquite Towing earns their 1 STAR. Time for me to call Choice Corporate. Send a letter to Choice Corporate. File a complaint with the BBB. Contact Dallas Chamber of Commerce. Oh and the TDLR gets a letter. Stay at your own risk.
