Comfort Suites West Dallas - Cockrell Hill

Beware of receptionist that doesn't know their job, do not believe anything they say. I paid what I shouldn't because they actually lied me twice. First they told me I can check-out after 2 days of my stay and they will e-mail me the receipt, but actually they charged me all 5 nights and no sign of e-mailed receipt until I seen in the app that even after 3 nights I was still signed-in and called them. Some people will call this a classic scam. Not even a phone call from their side, to try to be a professional in their field. There are many ways to find best solution for both sides but this kind of experience I would not wish to anyone!!! Let this be their shame, if they can do it to their own reward members they'll do it to You too!!! Noteworthy details: Terrible staff that's not trained about front desk job!!!

We flew from San Diego to see the eclipse in Dallas. This location was great for using ride sharing to get around. The staff was very friendly and courteous, and in particular, Jennifer kept the breakfast area clean and well stocked. She was available to help whenever needed. The variety and quality of food was very good and we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the attentiveness of Jennifer and the other staff members.

Customer service is excellent. Front desk help is awesome. Enjoy staying at comfort on crocker hill. Jenifer at breakfast is always making sure there is breakfast nice and warm. Highly recommend staying here. Rooms: Rooms are very quiet and clean.

The room was fairly clean and the area was pretty safe for the price. What made the stay most memorable was the night shift associate who was checking in a very rude guest the night that I came (Thursday 02/29 at about 2400). It was late and I was so tired. I just wanted to get to my room without anything eventful taking place. This lady was so rude about something having to do with the booking of her accommodations. Its obviously nothing this overnight Comfort Suites associate has anything to do with. I was annoyed and curious to know what the gentleman at the counter would do with this unruly traveler. She ended up taking the matter up over the phone with someone from the booking side of her dealings. When she was done it was obvious that she realized just how irrational she had acted towards this most gracious man in front of her. The associate wished her a great evening and even gave her a coupon to the IHOP nearby for her and her 3 teenagers who also witnessed the calming patience of your Comfort Suites ambassador. He was a gentleman through all of this testing and when it was my turn to check in, I even stayed up just a little bit longer. I wanted to know why he was so understanding and helpful when he couldve just disengaged and offered the guest the bare-minimum service. I learned about his history in the Army and how long hed lived in Germany before moving to Dallas, Texas only a couple of months earlier. The thing I didnt get that night was his name. I took it for granted that Id see him the next night, but I didnt. I really hope that you can find out who this person was because he definitely stood out as the most impactful detail of my stay at your Choice Hotels property. I was at Comfort Suites West Dallas - Cockrell Hill in Dallas. I stayed from 02/29 - 03/02 and my confirmation number was 44648931. I hope you value my input, my feedback and the time its taken to provide you that information. It will be worth it if you take your time now to recognize the most valuable employee and his exemplary efforts on the night of 02/29/24. Next time Im in Dallas Ill definitely stop at this Comfort Suites location first!
