        Friendly and informative staff. Bartender is very nice and makes good drinks. The rooms and hotel need an upgrade. The carpet needs to be pulled. It looks and feels like a 1980's hotel. Bed was comfortable. Shower was decent.

        Nice breakfast (included). Parking at $25/night seemed steep. Loud traffic noise all night in the front rooms (6 lanes of fast one-way traffic). Can be a little hard/confusing to get to because of the one-way streets. Rooms: The room was OK... separate bedroom, living/kitchenette area. Toilet/shower room was awkward - door cleared toilet by about an inch; almost had to step into the shower to open/close the door.

        Front desk staff are rude and dismissive. They were annoyed that guest were checking in and gave everyone lots of attitude. Was there for one night to see the Madonna concert on 3/24. Would not recommend based on how my group and other guests were treated at the front desk.
