    Rooms: The room was very spacious. It was clean. It was a nice size and very nice with the accommodations of amenities and decorative. Nearby activities: There is a Benihana next-door. It is one of my most favorite Japanese restaurants. I would love to go there and we are 50 miles one-way just to get there so it was nice to see it across the street when we stayed there Safety: It is it has a parking garage and its very well lit cameras. I felt safe coming in and out of the hotel at all hours. Food & drinks: The breakfast came with our room. It was very nice breakfast better than most have it was actual food food.

    My family and I were supposed to stay at the Westin this weekend for my daughters volleyball tournament. We had made reservations back in November for two queens. Upon arrival we were told that it was first come first serve and our reservation didnt mean anything. We should have gotten there sooner, even though I had called that morning and let them know we would be checking in later. The lady told me as long as you check in before 2am you are good. We checked in at 10pm. Well we tried at least. They had also uncharged us almost $200 from our email confirmation because it was the solar eclipse weekend. The only thing the manage said he could do is try and call another hotel which he did and it was double the cost for the same reservation that we had made with them. They would even discount for the inconvenience of getting a king size bedroom instead of two queens. My entire family will never be staying at another Westin and dont recommend it to anyone.

    The place/rooms are extremely dated and the curtains in the room looks like stains have dripped down from above, however thats just the pattern on them. The was stains on the bottom of the curtains and the standing chair. I requested an ice bucket as I did not have one in my room and had to request it 2 more times until I finally got it. They have $21 self parking(parking garage) or you can park in the free city lot across the street however I didnt want my truck on blocks when I leave the next day so I had to pay to park. Overall it wasnt that great of an experience for the price we paid.
