Worst insurance experience of my life, do not trust these people to do their jobs, you will be disappointed. We had a months long fiasco because they failed to cancel our old home owners insurance policy after they bundled our home and auto insurance. This resulted in a escrow shortage, they then gave us incorrect instructions on how to fix the escrow issue resulting in more problems. Now 5 months late I found out they also failed to cancel our old auto insurance policy as well! So we have been paying double since July! The entire reason we engaged a third party insurance broker was because we didnt have time to cancel and shop for a good bundle option. Ive now spent 10x the time fixing all their mistakes. Do yourself a favor, stay away from Smith Allen.
