Bride to be & some unexpected changes meant I had to change my location for my ceremony. I was excited to read all the rave reviews about April. I contacted April who was unable to provide services but recommended a colleague Camillia. I was Greatful to April for the connection because I didnt have a stylist for my wedding day after changing locations. Camillia and I connected via FaceTime. She saw my hair color and texture, my hair is not jet black but it is Black! i told her the style i wanted and there was no issues, she was happy to do it. She insisted about these hair extensions, they were the best of the best and she had a distributor. I oblige because its my big day and I wanted the best. Quite the saleswoman, she orders 2 packs for $620 but does so precautionary. I pay her for it and we schedule to meet at the salon at 0730 the day of. Due to many aspects of my wedding ceremony being last minute I paid extra for everything, dress, cake ETC but ALL were reasonable amounts. CAMILLIA, soft spoken, YAS, whatever you like is a FAKE FRONT. ON MY WEDDING NIGHT SHE MESSAGED me a $664 BILL!! AFTER I had paid her $620 for extensions. SHE BILLED for Services she DID NOT provide!! She has no legitimate pricing system & bills whatever she thinks she can get away with! The day of the appointment she comes late, traffic okay no problem- 30min. I confirmed the day before. The hair she ordered is brown, my hair is black. She has to dye the extensions which now is cutting into my styling time. SHE offers to come to Cedar Hill (where my ceremony was) so SHE can finish dying the hair and Getting things done. She comes to the location and does my hair, the results were fine, not great. She agreed to do my nieces hair which I appreciated as an add on. Her hair is blow dried and she has soft short length hair. She charged $100 for that, okay. My other neices already had their had flat ironed and drop curls had come loose and she spent 10min, tiding up and i timed it from when the photographer was arriving and charged $100 for full styling! AT THE TIME SHE SAID NOTHING ABOUT the RIDICULOUS amount she was going to charge. She is also charged me for dying the hair extensions. ShE ordered the wrong color and ended up wasting MY time on my big day , how do you ALSO expect me to be financially responsible for UR mistake when i paid u $620 for these extensions! I had already paid for the extensions and ON MY WEDDING NIGHT she txts me a $668 bill!!! ON MY HoNEYMOON she has the audacity to ask to charge my card for this ridiculous amount. I was arguing with a FAKE FRAUD Beside my husband over some bull. I have had my hair done by stylists my entire life and I have NEVER met a more low down sneeky snake who tried to take advantage of someone on their wedding day. PEOPLE SHOW THEIR TRUE COLORS and CAMILLIA, trying to ruin my day & how u did it Karma is real! Ill also be reporting her elsewhere. I never worked with April but before even giving me an opportunity to explain my side, immediately went to defend Camillia. HONEST DECENT people dont need defending and for someone like ME to get this upset, u really were low and dirty.
