If you are seeking assistance be mindful of who your case worker is, mine was Jessica Rojas who was very rude did not give me room to speak, she was very confusing and terrible at providing communication, continuously provided inaccurate information and would not let me get a word in. I asked to speak with a supervisor which she also refused to transfer me to or give me her supervisors name, she sent me multiple emails in terms of under review to immediate denial without receiving additional documents she requested. I will be reporting to the BBB as well. Do not use her as your case worker.

I was given THIS phone number to call in hopes to get help with rent after trying to appeal a decision to cut my benefits. I called on the date offered and the time they said to call and all I got was a HANGED UP signal on the line. If this is your definition of a joke then you are horrible people who should stop lying to people like this.
