You ever see that episode from Futurama where Hermes sings about bureaucracy and how bad it is in the future. Well, that's this place here. The fact that it takes certain departments a month to get items completed is a joke and that's even if they tell you in the first place. I work in the public sector too and the fact that everyone I interact with is in a bad mood makes this a bigger hassle when it comes to getting general information or asking questions. How did front facing people get these positions if they're just going to be rude from the start. I wouldn't be this disappointed if their websites were more organized and informed you step by step what documents you need to submit instead of calling you after you book and appointment saying items are missing when they're not even on the website and then cancel your appointment. You want to make sure everything is done correctly. CALL THEM everyday about everything tiny thing so they have no excuse to not provide you better experience even if it means getting on their nerves. It'll save you from growing grey hair unlike myself. The only person that was kind, understanding, and assisted me on getting my request solved was Abraham in Consumer Health. You're awesome!
