        Pointless. Advocate has made no contact or return any of my calls. Its been months. They dont seem like theyre doing anything at all.

        No help at all. I got more answers by calling IRS myself and being on hold for hours. They have a 2wk time line to call you back and still never do. Been calling everyday for a month and no response or call backs. How you help people with financial hardship but takes yall a month to investigate and 2wks to call back? I will be homeless and lose everything waiting on anybody with IRS in title.
