I arrived at 10 AM at this place and the whole process took 25 mins for me and my husband. The security guard was helpful and guided us to go the right direction. All in all great experience. Process 1. Go inside take the token after answering the questions in kiosk 2. Number will be assigned on the screen according to the token. 3. Check the assigned counter and answer questions asked by the team. 4. They will provide you receipt and you are good to go.

I need a awards letter for Housing! The agent states she can't tell if it's been mailed because only the supervisor knows! The problem is they don't care enough to give you an answer! She also said there working from home! Time is running out I have made significant attempts to get this letter! Social security was going to send a password for online services..no luck! It's deplorable! What do you have to do to get the awards letter! They say I can't come in but they haven't mailed it..so what
