        Older gentleman at the front named Paul has very rude customer service, I tried explaining to him that I was rescheduled he would deny and not listen, so I came back later and someone else was at the door and they allowed me to explain and let me in to take my biometrics

        White male facility observer (blonde hair, goatee , and sun glasses) at the gate keeps refereeing to the immigrants coming in for their appointment as these people and how hes going to slap them. Black female colleague whose checking documents agrees. He then refers to a few people hes directing to a line as morons. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE behavior from government officials working in immigration.
