Wow, 3rd time they came out for "preventive" maintanence and the next week something broke. I cannot be sure I can prove fraud but I will try. The worst!!

Place is about as shady as i've seen. My wine cellar unit wasn't holding the temperature, i called them and they came out. Chuck said that he has identified the issue and he'll have it fixed right away. 3 hours later he put a bill in front of me for about $1600 and assured me it's as good as new. Well, it wasn't. Shortly thereafter it stopped working again, so i called them and they came back out. He looked further and said he missed a leak, which is the first thing he should have checked! He then told me that he recommends changing the entire system, which by his own acknowledgment is one of the best commercial grade systems! I told him it's only 7 years old! I asked why the heck was i charged $1600! He acknowledged that it was excessive and that he made the mistake and should have checked for leaks first!!! He said he'll talk to his company about getting the money back. A few days later they sent me a proposal for close to $12K to change the system! So far they have refused to return my $1600 and are ignoring my demand for payment. I will tell you that they ran into the wrong guy to scam! I will see to it legally that they don't get to rip off other customers.
