I live outside of Safeguards service area but I had a few questions about maintenance on my gate operator after watching Safeguard Controls fantastic YouTube video. Brooks was kind enough to spend time answering my questions and making sure I understood the important safety and technical information relevant to my situation. He was professional, kind, and clearly very knowledgeable. If I were in the Dallas area, I would call Safeguard Controls for my gate maintenance and installation all day long. Had to leave a review - one of the most positive repair experiences I've ever had - they were ultra responsive and gave advice and tips for all of my gate questions I had as a new homeowner. They very quickly fixed my broken gate and set up a few features I didn't know the gate was capable of! Would highly recommend reaching out to them for gate installations and repairs. Brooks spent time on the phone with me to walk me through a problem and simple solution we were having on our Patriot RSL sliding gate. He helped explain and then re-explain to make sure I was understanding of the issue. Great service, and highly recommended!
