GRANITE FOUNDATION REPAIR

Feel like we were scammed by the salesman. Thousands of dollars for miscommunications, messes and tools left behind, not following through with the full process with the promised included hydrostatic testing, and not requiring a leak (we just had it verified) to be repaired prior to work being completed. We now have to have that fixed then have more work done to finish the foundation repairs which will also tear up our flooring and will have to fix it as well. All this for first time homeowners with not much money available for these extras.

Had an appointment today for a foundation and grade/drainage inspection.I was lucky enough to have Harold Mitchem perform the inspection and he was nothing short of very professional and courteous throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain what he was looking for and any findings he may have noticed (none thankfully).I would just like to say thank you to him again for his demeanor, professionalism, and knowledge. Karen Sticksel was my scheduler and I had the same treatment from her as well. Kudos to them both. I would recommend BFR. A ++ in my experience. Thanks!
