        In the previous years Ive had good experiences here ordering flowers for my daughters gravesite. Today I felt I was a bother when I called. I had previously called and had some questions and was told someone would call me back which they never did so I called today. Just disappointed.

      I apologize that you had a less than satisfying experience when treying to get flowers placed on a grave here at Restland. Knowing your concern , I will address better customer service for my new employees who are answering the phone and may not feel confident . Your frank comments have been heard. Please call and ask for Barbara as I would like to hear more about your experience. If I am not here ask for Lynn as she is in charge of flower placements in the cemetery.
