I wanted to take a moment to express how absolutely professional and caring this flower shop is I have never ordered from them, but my friend sent me flowers for my bd from this store while I was out of town and unable to receive them (my friend lives in a different city). They texted me before delivering to make sure I was able to receive. I told them sadly they'll just have to leave it at the door and that I won't be home for another 3 days. To my surprise they immediately accommodated and waited until got back from town to deliver my flowers, staying in touch through text to make sure I was home to receive the flowers! They not only reached out to me first before I even knew I was getting flowers, they also responded to my texts within minutes, which made the postponing process very easy and pleasant. Of course the flowers are absolutely beautiful but honestly, the service made me never want to order flowers from anyone else and will definitely use this business if I ever order flowers. I made sure to tell my friend about this store she ordered from so she knows they're excellent! Thank you BeauMonde Flora for not letting my bd flowers sit at the door for 3 days!

The arrangement was beautiful, thanks to the picture your most accommodating & considerate driver Charles texted to me. It did not appear like it was a rush order so I thank you for putting forth the same effort to deliver such a beautiful arrangement to a grieving friend. I spoke with Katherine and James over the phone. They provided me with great options for a modern look. My wife's feedback was "absolutely gorgeous". This was my first experience but will definitely use them again.
