        They dont want to pay your disability pay. They have no problem taking your money out of your paychecks but when it comes time for them to pay for short term disability or fmla they will throw every hoop they got for you to jump through to not have to pay you anything. They will make you go months without pay. They keep making the dr change the paperwork until the point the dr does not want to fill it out anymore so that way Lincoln doesnt have to pay you! Absolutely outrageous how this company operates!! If you can choose another company!!
