Very disappointing experience. I inherited money from my mother passing away, and tried working with Lori and her partner Frank Judge, who was in charge of my mothers estate. After she very frankly told me that we needed to make a decision and only need one financial advisor, I made the choice to stick with my previous advisor. Suddenly, everything changed. I no longer got responses to my emails and no advice. Frank was the only one to call me back eventually, and when I asked his guidance on transferring my inherited IRAs to Edward Jones, he would not give me any more info besides Ameriprises main number. Suddenly I had no advisor on the Ameriprise app, and was called by other advisors to transfer my service.
